Albert and Curtis solved acute pain points for Sinitic’s customers: 60-day resolution times, 3-month manual chat structuring, and machine misunderstanding of mixed-language (i.e. Chinglish).
As a distributed team bridging cultural and linguistic gaps, Sinitic was out in front of the Western startup ecosystem and bootstrapped its AI Customer Experience (AICX) solutions for the already-arrived Asian Century.
With an enthusiastic customer base, Albert and Curtis scaled Sinitic to 8 native languages, 30+ employees, and 160% year-on-year growth.
